What counts as a document?
A document is any structured output generated from a Slack or Teams thread — an incident report, ADR, onboarding FAQ, or change log entry. Edits to existing documents don't count as new documents.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades are prorated.
What happens to my docs if I cancel?
Your generated documents live in your Notion or Confluence workspace — they're yours forever. ScribeOps doesn't delete them if you cancel.
Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?
Yes. Startups under 20 employees and registered nonprofits receive 50% off the first year. Contact us to apply.
How does the free trial work?
